The State of Amazonas, Brazil
With an area of 1,570,745.7 km2, Amazonas is the largest State in Brazil.
As a matter of fact, Amazonas is bigger than most countries in the World; France, for example, the biggest country in Western Europe, has an area of 547,030 km2, and Texas, the biggest State of mainland USA, has an area of 695,621 km2.
